I never had a problem getting girls until now. This the 1st girl ever to have me speechless when I see her, she makes me nervous when I'm around her, and I think about her constantly day and night. We started texting and then talking on the phone and she told me she liked me and found me attractive. Then a couple weeks later I made the mistake of letting her know how I really feel about her and it kinda scared her away (note that we never even been on a 1st date yet because of our busy schedules, we only see each other every Sunday at church where we met).

I went out with one of the few guys at my office that are naturally good with women. I got to our meeting place and saw him standing outside, and I thought: “Man, this guy looks like James Dean”. His posture was upright, but relaxed, he was wearing a badass fitted black jacket with pockets and zippers, his hair loosely dangling over his forehead, and a cigarette casually stuck in the corner of his mouth.

I'm tired of being that... I like him but I'm slowly getting turned off that that's all I am to him. but I know I gotta move on. guys and girls, please give me your suggestions on how to get past this because I'm hurting that I let myself used. thanks

I'm having a feel sorry for myself sort of day (they happen every once in a while) and basically I am almost feeling nostalgic for my awkward teenage years when I didn't really know any girls. I don't know if I couldn't talk to them but I just never knew any on a real friendship or comfortable basis. If I knew a girl it was sort of know-of-her-existence like from school or because a mate talked to her.
